Dear Terry, this is a beautiful gospel for a wonderful day. here it's midday. Have you completely lost your sleep since you are not in bed?? From Felisol
So good to know He planned ahead for all who were hidden in Him from the beginning...The Cross..His plan come to completion...Hallelujah! and the glorious day He rose to begin Our New Life together
Yes, this fact we should never forget as long as we live. We have eternal life because He died for us and He rose again from death. We must be forever grateful to Him for all that He has done for us. Thanks for your inspired post. God bless you always.
Dear Felisol..Yes I got up at four so I could put a hymn here and at the Pilgrim Pals. I like to do that on a Lord's Day.
Jel, you little piece of sunshine you....so nice to hear your voice.
Amelia...Thanks for the link to that song. The words are so good and so true and very much like this hymn. Just to imagine that He loved us so personally, eh?
Saija, my little Manitoba girl...thanks for your prayers and your hugs!
Jada Gigi. Isn't it so true the plans He has made for us but why is it that I tend to worry so much and fail to rest in those plans?. I am still a little anxious about my surgery but because of yours and others prayers, I am not as afraid! Thank you for your visit, my Scarf sister!
Mel, what can I say? .I was so happy to see that you follow my blog. A little bird out west told me how I could add this gadget to my blog and she is a friend of yours and Pia's.. I am so grateful for her help!
Yes Amrita, I am having my surgery on Tuesday, three o'clock Ontario, Canada time.
We love Him because he FIRST loved us!...............Love Terry
Terry, I'm sorry that I did not know about your surgery until tonight, but as soon as I heard, I started praying for you. You are in the His tender watchcare, my friend. I also left you a note at Pilgrim Pals. ♥
Now don't be too hard on David - the Lord will refresh his heart. ♥
I love this old song! The title says everything. Will be praying for you as you have your procedure tomorrow...what time is it scheduled? Love You, Trish
Hi Terry, he (Mernie Metzler) sings that song soooooo perrrty! If I think long enough (some time) I will check the Crimson River's schedule to see if they ever leave California and come here.
Terry, please count me in as one of the others who will be praying for you tomorrow. I am praying for you now, yesterday, and for a long time, but especially for tomorrow. You are truly one of his dearest loved ones. He is sooooo Great! And I just pray that He will see you and the doctors through that surgery with flying colors, that the healing process goes well, that it will give you a new lease on life, and that He will comfort you and and your family and continue to bless you as long as He allows you to be here. .. Thank you too for the nice answer last Friday. We all love Pops almost as much as you and the family do. Keep on writing about him. I pray for him too. ..
I grew up in a family of nine children and each week my mother didn't just send us to Sunday School, she came with us.
We heard the gospel week after week from the year 1956 but were not saved until 1967.
The summer of 1967 my mother,my sister, Betty and I were all gloriously saved.
From that year until now several of my brothers and sisters were saved, but my dad still remains on the outside.
It has been our prayer that he will be saved soon and then the family circle will be unbroken and we will all be on our way to heaven where we will meet the Lord and see our brother, David who has gone on before.
