Happy Anniversary Bernie
Dear Bernie....I started this anniversary post on Wednesday but sad to say, it is three days late!
On our anniversary, we went to St Catharine's to get our passports and oh, what a happy feeling that was when we were accepted!
You know me well enough that I would burst into tears with happiness and I surely did.
I know that you were crying on the inside, just to know that we will never be separated from the great United States by a border bridge!
This was the best anniversary gift that I have ever received!
And they lived happily ever after!
Well, back to the present[March 12 2009]
The next day, we went to the licence bureau and picked up a handicap sign for me and the little red car!
After thirty seven years of marriage....
.....it has come from motorcycling with you to the west and to the BC mountains.....
.....to traveling with you in your big blue van that is wearing a blue and white handicap sign....Go figure, eh!
Well I am putting in one of our three songs that we used to play on the transistor radio...My the times have changed but one thing Bernie that HASN'T changed and never will change is my love for you.....Love Terry

For Pia K
http://workofthepoet.blogspot.com/
I am dedicating this Ruby Tuesday post to Pia K.
She has two wonderful blogs that have some lovely flower photos in them that she has taken walking around the Sweden country side.
A couple of months ago I told her that I had a longing in my soul to see some Jack-in-the pulpit flowers.
Where I used to work in the country side, I would, every spring have a whole garden of them to enjoy.
Well Pia K told me that she has never come across one in her travels, so I thought that I would take a few from my picture file of 2007 and put them in here just especially for her.
After all haven't I been feasting my eyes on her pictures since I joined Ruby Tuesday?
I feel that I owe her at least this!
God bless you Pia K
You are a true friend!

Mary T, my dear Teach, I have managed a little ruby in this Ruby Tuesday post to add to your red dancing shoes.
These beautiful ruby seeds here are the seeds that the Jack-in-the-pulpit produces in early fall.I think that they are exquisite
Please, everybody, if you have the time check out Pia K's two wonderful blogs.. http://piaks.blogspot.com/
