We just returned to the cold (30's around here in the evenings last couple of nights) from a 10 day Caribbean cruise on the Queen Mary 2.
I have started to blog again now after a two week break (did put on a poem on the other blog yesterday). I hope I can keep up now but it may still be slow going for me. -->So come see me at Jim's Little Blog <--
You are such a kind hearted friend, Miss Terry. That Maggie Ann is a jewel of a gal. Her heart belongs to Christ and she is very talented. She makes the world a brighter place ... just as you do!
Speaking of bright places ... I just got back from a beauty of a walk with Mr. Mac. The fog has lifted (ahead of schedule from the weatherman's predictions) and all around is blue sky ... sparkly snow... clean air ... and a view of snow topped mountains. Grand day today! Hoping you are enjoying the winter and snow ;)
I grew up in a family of nine children and each week my mother didn't just send us to Sunday School, she came with us.
We heard the gospel week after week from the year 1956 but were not saved until 1967.
The summer of 1967 my mother,my sister, Betty and I were all gloriously saved.
From that year until now several of my brothers and sisters were saved, but my dad still remains on the outside.
It has been our prayer that he will be saved soon and then the family circle will be unbroken and we will all be on our way to heaven where we will meet the Lord and see our brother, David who has gone on before.
