Please Pray For Betty

Today has been a little sad for me.
Betty was working at Katy's today and called me frantically at five thirty to ask me, if I could finish her shift as she, Betty was having chest pains.
I rushed to her, of course and her son John drove down with his father and they took Betty to the hospital.
The doctor found that Betty has had a heart attack and they have put her into intensive care.
I just wanted to ask you, my dear blog friends to pray for her.
She is my older sister and has always been there for our whole family.
She IS a Christian, but we sure do want to have her around for a whole long time yet!!
Thank you so much!......Love Terry

I'll be praying for your sister Terry! I know how concerned you must be, but God will take care of her, and He won't leave her for a second! I'll be praying that she is soon feeling better and that the doctors will have wisdom in treating her so that she can come home soon!

Keep us posted...make sure you take care of yourself too!

Love Julie

Terry,
I'm very sorry to hear about your sister, Betty. I know how you must love her! While we don't fear death because of our final home in Heaven, it does sadden us to be separated from those that are so dear to us - therefore we want to keep them around for as long as possible. I will be praying for you and Betty. I truly hope you get to have her around a whole lot longer. "Thy will be done, Lord". Love ya- take care.

I stopped to pray for Betty and everyone who loves her. Please let us know how she's doing when you get a chance.

And how are you, after your fall? I just read about it after praying for Betty. You look happy at the family dinner but I know that doesn't necessarily mean you weren't hurting.

You write such sweet things about Betty. She must be very special. And so are you.

I am so grateful for all you dear friends that you are praying for Betty.
She is so very preicious to our whole family...
She is in intensive care and through a miracle, she will be going to Hamilton tomorrow morning for an angiogram.
I say "miracle " because usually there is a waiting list for that test. Th doctor thought last night that it would be a least seven days before Betty could be fit into the schedule.
I will let you all know how she makes out and thank you once again!! Love Terry
