Life In The Midst Of Death

These are pictures that I took a couple of weeks ago.

I was just amazed that even in the midst of death that life was growing.

The fresh green leaves were winding themselves about the decaying brown wood creating a beautiful picture and this amateur photographer could not help but yield to the temptation to take a few photos.

Terry,
Be very careful the "fresh green leaves winding themselves" looks like Poison Ivy. Not so nice if you are allergic to the stuff. The five leaf could be Poison Oak. But your thought is a good one.

Isn't that the way it always is? Just when we think the world couldn't get worse we are shown a smile, given a hug. He always sends us proof that He is still alive and working and that He loves us!
