Hi Terry, thanks for coming to visit me at knitting kat. I figured it out..*wink* that when you made the comment to Sabine, you thought you were at her blog. Thats ok...since she was over & read it I deleted it and thanks for leaving me a comment too. That was nice of you. Yes, I too have the Road to Avonlea dvds and just love them. Just to hear the music from them puts me in a happy mood. I have one of the Janette Oke movies my daughter taped from tv but I've never seen them for sale. Hmmm. Maybe I should look for them on ebay. Well its late, bedtime. I've enjoyed visiting your blog though! Your sunset picture is gorgeous. What a great God we have!!
Hi Terry, I do have the books, I thought you meant the movies of which I only have seen one. I was just on e-bay looking for them. And, yes, they would make a great dessert idea after the chicken & rice entree. I'll have to suggest that...smile.
Thanks for stopping by again and seeing my granddaughter. She has turned into a beautiful young lady just like the rest of my granddaughters and grandsons. Amazing how fast this is all going. I hate it how time goes so fast!! Your sunset is gorgeous too. I am off this morning to take care of those little babies that I care for every week so I need a good burst of energy!! WOW!!
I grew up in a family of nine children and each week my mother didn't just send us to Sunday School, she came with us.
We heard the gospel week after week from the year 1956 but were not saved until 1967.
The summer of 1967 my mother,my sister, Betty and I were all gloriously saved.
From that year until now several of my brothers and sisters were saved, but my dad still remains on the outside.
It has been our prayer that he will be saved soon and then the family circle will be unbroken and we will all be on our way to heaven where we will meet the Lord and see our brother, David who has gone on before.

Oh Terry...it's beautiful! Such wonderful, vibrant colours! Thank goodness the sun sets every day so that we can enjoy the sunsets!
Thanks for sharing...
