Good News For Curious Servant

I shared a little while ago that against all projections, advice, and odds we applied for citizenship for my two sons.

We were told that it would take six months for them to process the paperwork for citizenship or passports which would be proof of citizenship (we have nothing in hand that shows they were granted citizenship).

In today's mail WE GOT THEIR PASSPORTS!!!!!

MY CHILDREN ARE U.S. CITIZENS AND HAVE PROOF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so thrilled I can hardly contain myself!

No chance of deportation. No need for green cards. No more background checks, lawyer fees, immigration interviews, NO MORE RED TAPE!!!!!

Honestly, I'm a little misty.

What a privilege it is to know my children can walk into any U.S. embassy anywhere in the world and be granted safe haven.

HURRAY!!!!!

Green Green Grass Of Home For Mrs Mac

Dear Mrs.Mac...I was making this post especially for you when you were commenting on my previous post.
Yesterday Bernie and I went for a drive to take these nice fresh green pictures for you.
The Autumn has forgotten that those leaves on the trees should not only have changed their color by now, but should already be covering the green, green grass of home with a multi-colored wall to wall carpet!!

The little red car is thoroughly savouring the mild weather!

This beautiful Christian couple is my friend, Felisol's mom and dad.

Her dad is ill in the hospital and although he is ready for heaven , his dear wife and family are finding it so hard to say good bye and are sitting at his bed side reading the Bible to him and singing his favorite hymns.

They need our prayers that they will realize that the Lord is close to them at a time like this..
