For Felisol

romans 8
31What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

32He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

33Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

still thinking of you dear felisol and praying for all of norway...love terry

Dear Terry,
Thanks so much for the beautiful song and for Romans 8.
I once heard a sermon about that we should live our lives in Romans 8. The older I get the truer these words become.
They are indeed daily manna.

Couldn't hear them music but the words are beautiful. Yes, Romans 8 is a good chapter. The whole book of Romans is one we need to read often. It is food for our soul.

Dearest Terry,
thanks for the sweet comment on my Ruby Tuesday.
They are food for my soul.

dearest friend, felisol...i am not sure if my email has been getting to yuu, so i will answer you here.
i am so sorry that mom ljung has fallen. last year when dad golden was falling so much, each time the phone rang from mom golden in the middle of the night, my heart failed me...felsiol, what does your mom want for you to do?...dad golden refused after the fourth fall to go to the hospital and so we decided that i would stay there at night to tend to him and mom golden and bernie would come over in the day time and so we would be there most of the time...do you think that your mom would finally decide to stay with you guys?..and would you be strong enough to tend to her?...it would be a help if she were allowed visits by the red cross nurses...mom golden is only allowed two one hour visits by them a week but i think the health care is a lot better in n norway..
in the meantime both bernie and i will be praying that the lord will open the doors that need to be opened felsiol...love terry

Dear Terry,
my post has been down, but is now fixed. We are back from Sauda. A roller coaster indeed.
My Mom will now receive 4 hot meals a week. She will have visits from public home nursing twice a day and shall have yet another examination by her ordinary doc.
Some vitamin shots e.t.c. She was 5 hour at the hospital, was blue from top to toe, but no bone broken.
I am sure your prayers have made a great difference. Gunnar stood by all the time, but I was actually so exhausted from all the talking, phoning and appointments, that I hardly had words of prayer on my lips, except for, please help.
There is also a possibility that my Mom can have a week a month in short time care. She was totally against it at first, and I have said this is the only thing I cannot do; put my Mom a place where she doesn't want to be.
She was offered to stay some nights at the hospital in Haugesund, but rejected. Likewise she would not stay with us. "I just want to go home," she said.
Thanks for your prayers, dearest Terry, where would we be without them?
Your Felisol

Dear Terry .. you are indeed a great and best friend to our dear Felisol. May the Lord's word you have given to her bring much comfort. May the prayers you have offered up on her behalf bring needed soul mending.

Praising God for such good and faithful friends.
