Happy Birthday To My Forever Friend

Happy Birthday
to a Very Special Person

It is your birthday

and on this day

I want you to know that

you are a very

special person

who has touched and warmed

many lives

including mine.

I also want you to know

how much I appreciate you.

Have a very happy birthday!

-Poem by Susan Polis Schutz

Happy Birthday Noel Lewis. http://lewis-noel.blogspot.com/
I hope that this day will be special for you.
You have done so much for me and you are as Jim says, my own little "tech" man, the one who added so many links to my blog when I was all in the dark about how to do it.
I have not seen you for a couple of months and have had to fend for myself in this department!
I just copied the formula from the links that you had put in and presto, I surprised myself that it worked!
This picture by Jel, our friend, says it all that the Lord is still with you and I think that He will give you a special birthday greeting as well , Emmanuel Lewis...Have a great one...Love from Bernie and Terry

Happy birthday to Terry's friend Noel Lewis.
A friend in need is a friend indeed.
I know that Terry treats her friends with lots of love and consideration.
Therefore I'd like to send my best wishes to my friend's friend. Have a nice Lord's Day all of you.

I think the birthday was Sunday, but I can still wish, can't I?

Terry, I hope you're ok. I aren't doing much blogging myself. Maybe in October. I have a plan for that.
In the meantime, I'm semi-retired from blogging.
I post a few on the Photo Place
[http://jimmiehov6.blogspot.com/]
now and then. Also I read a few a day, not many. I have a lot to do around here besides blogging.

Keep your chin up! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Dear Mrs. S.,
When you get a chance, can you post this on Pals? Thank you.

“Funny how we think” or “15 Very Sad and Serious Reflections”
Taken from BHMA, a Greek Community Paper

 Funny how a $10.00 bill looks so big when you take it to church, but so small when you take it to the market.
 Funny how big an hour serving God looks, and how small 60 minutes are when playing golf, fishing, or playing bridge.
 Funny how long a couple of hours spent at church are, but how short they are when watching a movie.
 Funny how we get thrilled when a football (or hockey!) game goes into overtime, but we complain when a sermon is longer than the regular time.
 Funny how laborious it is to read a chapter I the Bible and how easy it is to read 200-300 pages of a best-selling novel.
 Funny how we believe what newspapers say, but question what the Bible says.
 Funny how people scramble to get a front seat at any game, but scramble to get a back seat at a church service.
 Funny how we cannot fit a gospel meeting into our schedule with yearly planner, but we can schedule for other events at a moment’s notice.
 Funny how we need 2 or 3 weeks to fit a church event into our schedule, but can adjust it for a social event at the last minute.
 Funny how much difficulty some have learning a simple gospel well enough to tell it to others, but how simple it is for those same people to understand and gossip about someone.
 Funny how we can’t think of anything to say when we pray, and don’t have any difficult thinking of things to talk to a friend.
 Funny how we are so quick to take direction from a total stranger when we are lost, but are hesitant to take God’s direction to be found.
 Funny how people are so consumed with what others think about them rather than what God thinks about them.
 Funny how people think that they can get more accomplished in a lifetime without God than in an hour with Him.
 Funny how everyone wants to go to Heaven provided they don’t have to believe, or to think, or to say, or to do anything.

God bless you,

Hi Terry...

I have created a new blog to express myself over issues that are too sensitive for my regular blog.

I know how you have prayed for me, and I welcome those prayers.

If you wish to visit the new blog, send me and email at:

greenleaf.will@gmail.com

and I will send you the address.

God bless, my friend.

Thank you
