*For Susan*...The Last of Southern Ontario Fall Colors...

Two weeks ago I wandered the palace yards hoping to find at least a few more colors of fall and this is what I found.

Indeed.... although the grounds were barren, I DID manage to get a few colorful pictures.

These photos, I am dedicating to my California friend Susan of "Susan's Blog".
I hope you will enjoy these!

Now on to another posting!

Miss Terry,
Miss Susan will enjoy these last of Fall pictures because there's certainly not a Fall in Southern Cal. Wess and I lived there for four years and I loved the weather. (except the snog) I could garden year round without a winter vacation. We are away from the cabin again and I can only download our mail so I will use this way to say I'm glad to hear you have received Wess' CD. Also glad to hear Granpa Yoder likes it and you as well.

Susan Adams

Hi Terry! I didn't realize how long it had been since I had commented! :O I always check in--every day--but just forgot to comment I guess. These pictures are so nice--my favorites are the third one down from the top, and then the bottom three.

love,
Morgan

Miss Terry...thank you so much for sharing the last bit of autumn...a Canadian Autumn. One day...I would love to visit your beautiful country.

But I must say...after looking at your Christmas pictures...I eagerly look forward to celebrating the Christmas holiday with a few trips to your blog.

I thought of you today...as a was looking at some Christmas movies and came across one "An Avonlea Christmas". Not only a fan of the Anne of Green Gables books...but I also loved the Disney series Avonlea.

You are a sweet soul...my kindred spirit. Lord's blessings to you.

Susan

Dear Susan...How nice of you to visit!
I am glad that you liked the pictures,

Yes I surely do love the Avonlea stories. Every day for about four years they were on one of our Canadian channels and I used to tape them all. I think I just about have the whole series.
The stories are so down to earth, warm, homey and as Marilla would say "wholesome".

Today at Katy's, the trees on the lake shore all had roots that were frozen solid.
Although we have had snow, it has quickly melted and the grass is still green here in Southern Ontario..
Have a great weekend Susan... Love Terry

My Kindred Spirit...dear Terry.

You stay bundled up as winter fast approaches. Thank you dear one for sharing.

The only problem I run in to is deciding which one I like best.

Be well...Susan
