All This And Raspberries Too?

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet, I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

These are some of the flowers that are scattered across my client's cottage grounds.

Once years ago, someone kept the gardens but now the flowers and plants grow in wild profusion all over the place.

Even though they look unkempt, they still hold a certain charm!

Some of them find their way into my client's dwellings and are placed into several little vases for the lady of the house to enjoy.

And as for the raspberries they have found THEIR way into the fruit salad that one of her secret admirers makes for her every weekend!

Oh how beautiful is Miss Katy's Palace and grounds. I'm glad she gets to see some of them.

Such beautiful pictures! I love the hosta flowers and the touch-me-nots as well as the lilies. We had all those back home. (KY) We also had an abundance of wild raspberries that found their way in jelly or on top of vanilla ice cream! :) The kids enjoyed them with sugar and cream.

I forgot to mention, the top flower, the white one with fine leaves is Yarrow. It's leaves make a great herbal salve for bites and rashes. The flowers are also beautiful if dried. :)
