1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
this is my favourite song. god bless you this lord's day.....love terry
What a lovely song, I have not heard this one before. The one you posted to my site is one of my favourites, but my thee favourite is "Blessed Assurance". Also "Nearer My God To Thee". I always hope that when the day comes that "Nearer My God To Thee" will played at my Funeral!!!!. Well not for another 40 years at least!!!!
Dear Terry I have been reflecting on this verse lately , thank you for putting it up here and the hymn too. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin.
Abner also heard the song and liked it- he is not used to English songs. I told him it was a church song-he seemed to understand it.
Dear Terry, Its half five in the morning. The Sun has already risen, but I dare not play the music, I fear I might wake up Gunnar. I bless you for sharing blessings and pray you must be rewarded ten folds back. Oh, that would be a wonderful day, if you and Bernie could visit Leo and Saja. I'm sitting smiling with joy just by the thought of it. May the Lord shine upon you all of your ways. May he reward you with his peace and joy that the world cannot understand. Mega hug from Felisol
I grew up in a family of nine children and each week my mother didn't just send us to Sunday School, she came with us.
We heard the gospel week after week from the year 1956 but were not saved until 1967.
The summer of 1967 my mother,my sister, Betty and I were all gloriously saved.
From that year until now several of my brothers and sisters were saved, but my dad still remains on the outside.
It has been our prayer that he will be saved soon and then the family circle will be unbroken and we will all be on our way to heaven where we will meet the Lord and see our brother, David who has gone on before.
