Hi Terry!! Nice to meet you! I don't think we met before as I can recall. So sweet of you to leave a comment at my place. Thanks so much and have a blessed day!
Whoa! That's me!!! You are so sweet, I can't believe you put my picture up with a lovely post about my retirement. I had a very nice "last day" today-my co-workers gave me a surprise party and some very nice gifts. I'm always amazed at the kindness of people, just like you! Love that cartoon, and that's a very good likeness of Sara and me, don't let her tell you its not!!
Ha!! You are a good sport Miss Patty! I am so happy that you are offically retired. Saija will be able to give you some good pointers on what you can do with all the extra time you have on your hands. To tell you the truth, you may as well give up on the idea of selling that lemonade. The price you are charging is highway robbery! Nobody is going to buy it at THAT price!!...Love Terry
Happy retirement Miss Patty! I always like reading your comments here, though I don't believe I've ever been over to your blog!
Mrs. S..Buenos Noches! This tired Pal is headng off to bed early, but will probably "party" with a roomate, because when the cats are gone, the mice come out to play, and our parents are over at a neighbors. Don't worry, our parties are quiet and clean. We just talk. :)
Terry, you do soooo good with those special day wishes. I am soon going to reserve a few days. Should I send you a better picture? BTW, why don't you publish a list of YOUR days so we can retaliate. ..
Hi, Mrs. Shirkie, I'm in a little bit of a humorous mood, if that makes any sense...I was surfing the Pilgrim's blogs the other day, and found the funniest post on his Blog Inn. Go to Barnabas and click on the link to his blog inn. Then scroll down and read the one about his bloging conference, and Brodie's reply...don't you think that would make a great post on Pals? Do as you think best, but for those who know Brodie, it would make them laugh real good. And everyone else will just have to check out his site...ever wondered who that anonymous commenter on Brodie's blog was that corrected you on"black and white"...OOPS! {giggle} Secret's out now...I hope you're still mt friend ;)
I grew up in a family of nine children and each week my mother didn't just send us to Sunday School, she came with us.
We heard the gospel week after week from the year 1956 but were not saved until 1967.
The summer of 1967 my mother,my sister, Betty and I were all gloriously saved.
From that year until now several of my brothers and sisters were saved, but my dad still remains on the outside.
It has been our prayer that he will be saved soon and then the family circle will be unbroken and we will all be on our way to heaven where we will meet the Lord and see our brother, David who has gone on before.

I think Miss Patty will be better off selling and sipping lemonade; her most special guest room is too hot for a visitor until my a/c gets fixed!
